Day spa in Surprise, AZ

We are located inside the Cimarron Center in The Grand. Our spa is open to the public!

We recommend checking in at least 15 minutes prior to the

start of your treatment. This allows us to welcome you and

introduce you to our Spa. We also have wonderful self-guided experiences for our guests to enjoy.  

Please respect other guests enjoying the tranquility and

relaxation of the spa environment by refraining from the use of cell phones in our lobby or treatment rooms. 

24 hours notice is required to avoid a 100% charge for

cancelled services. Guests wishing to modify their service start time must do so at least 48 hours prior in order to avoid a $35 fee. 

We may not be able to accommodate late appointment times and will only hold late appointments for up to 20 minutes, using whatever time is remaining on the session. Payment will be due in full for the appointment length scheduled.  We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to fill out any intake forms and unwind before your experience.

We reserve the right to alternate therapists/ estheticians as needed in emergency situations. We will only make contact through email  in case of therapist or esthetician changes. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility in these rare occasions. 

Please plan to book in advance as we stay very busy in peak season. Peak season is October- May.

All sales are final: We have a no refund policy on services and products. You may transfer paid credits as a courtesy. Promotional or FREE service credits cannot be transferred.  

This is a professional therapeutic environment looking to assist you in a healthier body.  Therapists will end the session if they feel threatened or disrespected at anytime, with payment due in full. 

 Our massage therapists hold themselves to the highest standards of an ethical, boundary-driven practice. We have a zero-tolerance policy for solicitations of any kind. Jokes, innuendo, and inappropriate requests are taken seriously and will result in the swift termination of the session and possible escalation to local authorities.
