Our Policies

What to Expect

Our policies are in place to ensure every guest and therapist has the best possible experience.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. We understand that emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Late Arrival Policy

We do our best to accommodate late arrivals; however, your service may be shortened to respect the time of the next guest. The full service price will still apply. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to ensure you receive your full treatment.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in the price of any service and is always at your discretion. If you enjoyed your experience, gratuity is greatly appreciated by your therapist or esthetician. The industry standard is 15–20% of the service price.

Health & Safety

Please inform us of any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications prior to your service. Certain conditions may contraindicate massage or other treatments. We reserve the right to decline or modify a service if we believe it may not be safe for the guest. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.

Minors

Guests under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present and sign a consent form before receiving any service. Please contact us in advance to make the necessary arrangements.

Respectful Environment

Miller Massage is a professional therapeutic spa. We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all guests and staff. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the service and the guest will be charged in full.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including unused services, dissatisfaction, or changes in personal circumstances. We encourage you to speak with your therapist or esthetician before or during your service so we can do our best to meet your expectations.

Package & Gift Certificate Expiration

Service packages expire 18 months from the date of purchase. Gift certificates expire 5 years from the date of purchase. Expired packages and gift certificates cannot be redeemed, extended, or refunded. Please plan accordingly to make the most of your purchase.
