We recommend checking in at least 15 minutes prior to the

start of your treatment. This allows us to welcome you and

introduce you to our Spa. We also have wonderful self-guided

experiences for our guests to enjoy.  

Please respect other guests enjoying the tranquility and

relaxation of the spa environment by refraining from the use of

cell phones. 

Please notify the spa reservations agent and your service

provider of any special medical concerns you may have. Some

of our treatments are not compatible with particular conditions

such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, and recent injuries. 

24 hours notice is required to avoid a 100% charge for

cancelled services. Guests wishing to modify their service start

time must do so at least 24 hours prior in order to avoid a

$25 fee. 

We may not be able to accommodate late appointment times and will only hold late appointments for up to 20 minutes, using whatever time is remaining on the session. Payment will be due in full for the appointment length scheduled.  We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to fill out any intake forms and unwind before your experience.

This is a professional therapeutic environment looking to assist you in a healthier body.  Therapists will end the session if they feel threatened or disrespected at anytime, with payment due in full. 

 Our massage therapists hold themselves to the highest standards of an ethical, boundary-driven practice. We have a zero-tolerance policy for solicitations of any kind. Jokes, innuendo, and inappropriate requests are taken seriously and will result in the swift termination of the session and possible escalation to local authorities. When choosing our  practice you can have confidence in the safety and professionalism you will experience as a client.
